Run your vessel. Nowhere else.
A captain on Crewfair is a crew member the management company has delegated one vessel to. You get the Bridge, the manifest, tasks, charters and — if your company allows it — hiring, all scoped to your boat. Your own career stays yours, in a separate mode.
Three questions, answered before coffee.
Who's here, what's done, what's due
Nine on board, Deck at 100%, two certificates expiring — and "see who below" scrolls to the names rather than dropping you on another tab.
Post for your boat, if your company allows it
A per-vessel toggle on the company's side decides. On, you get the full pipeline. Off, you see everything but the buttons read "hiring managed by your company".
A command CV that leaves with you
Licence highlight, years in command, every vessel you've run. Public, vessel-only or private. It belongs to the captain, not the boat.
An applicant becomes a booking. In one click.
With hiring enabled for your vessel you get the same pipeline the management company uses: match-score rings, trust scores, shortlist → offer → accept, an under-qualified check listing every gap, and multi-position fill. Accept, and the booking, contract and emails happen by themselves.
Cancel a booking on the company's behalf and the strike lands on the company's record, not your personal one.
Guests tell you what they want. Crew get the brief.
Create the charter, send the guest-preference link, review what comes back and publish the crew brief. Day-by-day plans with meals, activities and notes are yours to write and the crew's to read — never the broker, never the financials.
Everything on your vessel. Nothing beyond it.

public · vessel-only · privateTwo modes, one account
Captain Mode for the boat; My Career for you — wallet, bookings, invoices, reviews. Switch any time; the app remembers where you left it.
Captain Mode ↔ My CareerHonest line: captains are invited by their management company and act within their assigned vessel. Approving and paying invoices, billing and team administration stay with the company.
Powerful on your vessel. Nowhere else.
Ask your management company to invite you — or, if you run the operation yourself, start as an operator and assign yourself.
